Replacement Crystal for Seamaster 165.001

Hi all,

i am new to this forum! I was hoping to get some help on finding a replacement crystal for my Gold Plated Seamaster 165.001

i have found a genuine PX5028 (31.6mm Dia). Will this fit? If so can i use my original gold tension ring with the genuine replacement?

from a google search i know that it will fit a 165.002 but im struggling to find much info on glass replacement for 165.001

i asssume they are very similar.

Any knowledge and expertise would be very much appreciated
