Was wondering if you’ve ever come across this watch and whether you know a bracelet vendor that makes a replacement strap that fits. It’s circa 1970s piece and the watch case is recessed in the middle where top link is fitted in. The current bracelet rattles and I’m just looking to get a sturdier option. I don’t think Uncle Seiko or Strapcode makes aftermarket versions for this watch. It’s just not popular.

Do you reckon a bespoke leather strap could work since finding a suitable replacement is either too difficult?

I’m not sure if the bracelet is correct to the watch as from what I could gather, this watch should come with the 1186/215 instead of the 1155/146?

Anyways, does anybody know what the no. 32 next to the wordings “stainless steel” refer to?

Thanking you all in advance.

@TeeJay88 welcome to the forum!

This style of watch has an 'integrated bracelet.' This was a popular style in the '70s and basically forces you to go back to the manufacturer for a replacement. When the manufacturer abandons the watch, you're SOL.

See the following thread for discussion of using a leather strap with an integrated bracelet watch: https://omegaforums.net/threads/omega-geneve.121144/

I believe the 32 stamped on the clasp is the clasp's part number, but I'm not an expert in this area.

Best of luck!

The part number looks like 1155/146 if i am reading it right. I believe 32 is the production run.
Looks like there are a couple on eBay. But they definatly look differant than yours. Did I read the numbers wrong?

"Omega bracelet numbers follow the format XXXX/XXX. The first four digits in the format refers to the body of the bracelet, and the last three refer to the end link. The end link numbers can be found on the end link. Unlike Omega’s reference numbers for watches, the bracelet numbers do not indicate what metal is used for the bracelet."

Thanks for the warm welcome. I’ll definitely check out omega if they have it still. But yeah I reckon they’ll be quite steep considering the value if the watch.

020ST1155146 | STEEL BRAC. - still available from Omega.

020ST1181215 | STEEL BRAC. - still available from Omega.

Both are the same price - not cheap.

PS - please get the hour and minute hand aligned on that watch...

Superb. I emailed the local service center enquiring on these. Many thanks.

BTW….thanks for the heads up on the watch hands. Still haven’t gotten around to sending it for a repair. Crown broke on me a while back.

Hi there, I am researching the sale of my 1155/146 Bracelet and came across this post. Please reply if you still require the replacement bracelet.
