Repair Help with 1970 Omega Seamaster

Hello,

I’m looking to have my 1970 Omega Seamaster Chronograph (ref. 145.029, Calibre 861) assessed for repair. The issue is that the winding crown/stem comes off and does not fully click back into position, which I believe may relate to the keyless works or stem/crown assembly.

Could you please recommend me a reliable repair service in London? Many thanks for your help
