    Just a quick question for the professionals and DIY people -

    I'm trying to remove some dust under the crystal but the movement is stuck pretty flush with the case after removing the stem and case screws...what's the best method to go about removing the movement? ::confused2:: Is there a specific area where you can grab it from?

    I'm sure this is a front loader. You will have to remove the front bezel complete with crystal then remove the case screws and the movement will come out the front. To do this you will need a single sided razor blade inserted into the joint between bezel and case to allow a case knife access to prize off the bezel.

    I didn't think of that, if that's the case I will just leave it as-is and deal with the little dust particles. :unsure:

    I concur with Geo. Remove bezel and glass, remove stem and the red circled screws and push out to the front.

    It's a bit more fiddly than one straight out from the back as you have exposed hands and dial while working on the back of the watch.

    You made the right decision :thumbsup:

    There is no need, to remove the movement, just the bezel in the same way you removed the case back.

    Just pry off the bezel, the crystal should come off with it.

    Also found the Swiss Made, although a little aged.

    Probably incorrect crystal and/or reflector ring.

    Yep, a shame because the rest of the dial looks pretty nice. The crystal covers most of it when it's on the watch though.

    ::facepalm1::

    Ah yes.

    Concentrating too much on "remove the movement" and missed the obvious solution.

    Respect. You have some stones and skills, I would not want to be removing anything on a watch as fine as this
