Removing end link from clasp advice

Does anyone know how to remove this bar from the end link? I have purchased the following adjustable clasp for my metas speedy 117STZ013899
One end easy enough screw into bracelet other end not to sure how? the clasp does not come with this piece so I am hoping it can be removed from the original clasp and added to new clasp

You don't, the clasp comes with links to fit the bracelet. The link you circled is permanently part of the clasp and is sold that way. You unscrew the cap within your circle to access the pin that attaches the clasp to the bracelet.
