Remove movement from quartz seamaster?

Hi, new to the forum. One of the flourescent dots has come loose from the face of my seamaster and I want to repair it. I can identify the clasps which hold the movement in place but wanted to check about removing the winder? Is it the other clasp and does it just pop out or need screwing out. If I do get to the face, I was thinking of putting a tiny spot of adhesive on, is that ok or any other suggestions?

Many thanks.

Can you show a picture of the face? I think the dial has painted-on markers, not attached. So I suspect if you get to the dial, your “fix” won’t really work, because the marker is just dried paint. And it is possibly tritium as well, so you want to be careful with that.

You are 3 screws away. The one pointed by the green arrow so you can remove the crown/winder. Then the 2 screws that ties the mouvement.

If you want a good advice, don't do it. Go to a professional.

As yourself: Is it worth the cost of possibly needing a new dial after I try to fix something I have no idea how to do?
