It appears to be solid gold but I can't see any hallmarks.
A photo of the inside of the caseback will help.
As to value, as a watch it has no real value other than the gold weight.

··faux legendSearch eBay completed sales or other online sites for reference 196.2379. This seems to be 18k gold, but as Jim said, the only way to confirm that is by looking inside the caseback.
Assuming the case is 18k gold, I wouldn't expect the value to be more than the scrap value as this is not a popular model.
