I spend quite a bit of time here (helps keep me out of the saloons) and periodically, I like to refresh to see the new comments.
Is there an easier way? Do some browsers offer continuous updates while open?

If anyone ever saw that I logged on 50 times a day...............oh well, they probably have and have recognized the disease.

I swear, it's not what it looks like! (same thing I told my gym teacher)

Sure. there's an app for that.
I use Firefox and they have add-on extensions
    you can add.
This one auto-reloads your tab every 10sec,30sec,60sec,5min, etc.
    https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/tab-auto-reload/reviews/?src=api
If you are using Chrome or other I am sure there are similar add-ons for those browsers.
Just use the search for add-ons section of your browser.
    Probably under Tools-Add-ons

    Thank You!
I will check it out but it seems this will fit the bill.

I am using Internet Explorer and considering a switch to Chrome.

yes, latest at the top is good. Noticed it but never really used it. After reading this thread I have experimented (did we have the same gym teacher?) and I conclude its great.
