I cannot add much to what I said earlier as I don't know anything about this reference. The dial just looks "right" to me. It has an obvious appearance of age and the kind of sheen that rediallers never seemed to reproduce even decades ago. I don't know what if any "rules" there are on font types in the same year, and I can see that the A in Omega looks slightly off, but sometimes dials weren't perfectly aligned, depending on who the subcontractor was. This wasn't a top-end model and perhaps the QC was less stringent?

Have to say, for a reference that lacks inclusion in the vintage database, and lacks any real thread on OF, I’m pretty pleased that it now exists for future members to find.
Information on any reference regardless of whether the watch was a top end model or not is always going to be a good thing.

Thats true as it is quite handsome piece reminds me of my Uncle & the blue Anglia days in't sixties
