·Dear forum friends,
For your consideration is a very nice vintage CRESSI, from the 80s.
The cushion case is a 37mm without (screw-down crown. The bezel is a very cool diving timer, with yellow to red gradient between 0 and 15. The case is original and marked 20atm.
The dial and hands are gorgeous. The dial is a glossy black with very crisp, green luminous markers, the hands are the same.
The yellow Cressi Sub logo is a standout.
The quality of the dial, the lume, make for a very modern feeling diver on the wrist.
The movement is an automatic, but it is marked 17jewels on the dial, and 25 on the rotor - likely a replacement and this is reflected in the price. Nevertheless, I had it serviced two weeks ago.
Overall, a gorgeous and very rare CRESSI Sub, with the added pedigree that it was made to a diving brand’s specs.
Don’t pass it up!
Shipping at charge of buyer, watch and I are in New York and available for in person showing.
