·For sale is my Omega Speedmaster "Reduced", reference 3510.50, early execution (production year: 1990), housing a 1140 self-winding/automatic movement, with blank caseback (no Speedmaster medallion or engraved serial). No box, no papers.
It comes on a rare original Omega bracelet ref: 1459, with 810 endlinks. This is the reduced version of the "holy grail" 1450 bracelet. It fits my 7" wrist perfectly, with no adjustment left on the clasp and no extra links.
Case measures 39mm in diameter (45mm lug to lug), 12mm in height and it wears like a dream on wrists 7" and under.
I purchased this Speedy in November 2019 from a 5th Avenue jeweler in NYC, with a 1 year service warranty but unfortunately no longer have the documentation to prove it. This was my first foray into (neo) vintage watches, and it quickly opened a galaxy-sized rabbit hole I would never have imagined. Researching the watch brought me to this fine forum, which led me to learn about, covet and ultimately buy many, many more fantastic watches. I can't thank the OF community enough for that journey!
Needless to say I now have more Speedmasters than wrists I can wear them on and a lot more Swiss Made bling on my wishlist. The good news is I barely wore this watch. Probably less than a dozen times and very rarely outside as Covid and working from home have turned me into a hermit.
It keeps excellent time, and I've not ran into any issues on the few occasion I've used it. The pics below show how clean and free of wear this example is: sharp case, impeccable bezel and very clean dial with beautiful cream-toned lume markers with matching hands. The bracelet is extremely comfortable and tight, and in excellent shape as well.
