Greetings, gents (& ladies) I'm still very new here, and looking to start/add to my collection. I was looking into this piece on ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/142258367155?_trksid=p2055359.m1431.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:ITPurchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network In my "research" I found a difference in the dials of these two similar models: Should there be a "T" flanking SWISS MADE or not? Did it vary from year to year? Thanks in advance for any help!
I got the GF case pic from this thread: https://omegaforums.net/threads/info-about-an-omega-geneve.17658/#post-191048
No, the watch you're looking at does not have any tritium luminous on hour markers or hands, so no T's. As for cicindela's comment on the date/no date, my guess is that the back's been switched, not the dial and movement.
May be a 1. the watch in question depicts hands with a lume turned dark or stained. The hour hand appears cut 2. Your guess is a supposition and a guess. I don't trust this watch.
