Look good to me. Maybe cleaned at some point but not a redial. I would like to se the Swiss made though. The omega logo may be a little bit twisted. But I have seen that on original dials.
yes one foot of the dial looks weird. I had almost the same one years ago and it's very hard to tell for the font on these textured dial. Don't you guys find the minutes track weird?
I see no issues, the minute track is fairly common for this period. The applied Omega symbol is only held in place by two pins so a slight tweak isn't unusual.
