Hi guys, so my local pawnbrokers quite often has interesting watches.. I have in the past posted photos of the window display and on two occasions an omegaforums member has gone through with a purchase.. An Omega Seamaster big blue and a military cased Seamster 300 are two examples.. The buyer of the later even gifted me a bottle of scotch for the spotlight on the watch i created..
Anyway.. The latest interesting watch is a fabulous one..

Can’t forget beat-up big box store power tools priced more than retail.

Most of the pawnshops around me only ever get 'blinged out' Breitlings...which several times I've had to let the pawn dealer know were fake! (Did snag a nice 50s Hamilton once, but that was some time ago)

    Nice Sub! :)

Just curious - is this that one rather small but nice shop not far down the street from the Savoy? I recall their display being similar and seeing some fantastic pieces there back in my London days. Honestly can't recall their name to save my life, but I seem to remember it having a blue and white sign or awning.

    Anyway, lovely piece.

If from 1969 dial and bracelet are wrong.

Insert is probably wrong too, as it should be a Long 5.

Correct bracelet and insert are around 5K.

A "meter first" mk1 dial is itself around 5k, but it's very very hard to find.
