Hi, I have found a nice Speedmaster unworn with the Box, but no papers, I do not care about the warranty as the watch is more than 5 years old. But the pictogram card or any other document I would be interested if Omega would produce a copy or a new one for you. Is this a possibility is the only way to go is to do an extract from the archives? Thanks for the help!
Extracts are only for watches over 10-20 years I old (I forget) I'd not worry about missing cards esp if it is missing the warranty card which is more important. It doesn't affect price on these at all. You can try calling a Boutique and see what they say.
If the watch is in good condition, I would go for it. you don't wear the papers. I found that in recent years "papers" gets more "weight" then it really deserves, its the watch that matters. (if its a modern watch , still under warranty, papers has its importance for that). Good luck.
Doesn’t all add up. 5 years old, unworn, box but no papers. As tzachi said, papers don’t carry more weight. But my first thought was if it’s a stolen item...
https://www.chrono24.es/omega/speed...nwatch-snoopy-award-apollo-13--id11842011.htm This is the watch in question. What is your initial thoughts ?
@Pilot85 That watch is another story. Limited Editions are worth more when you have all papers. Esp this one currently. This is not just a speedmaster professional....
I agree, is either very suspicious or I would kill myself if I have never worn this watch but lost the papers
I find it hard to believe that a watch of this type and age doesn’t have the associated cards, papers etc. I could understand missing the newspaper. But not the rest of it.
Oh this is a whole other category. Papers are a big deal for a sought after limited. And I agree with @Foo2rama that this was worn. Just worn with sticker.
