Sorry Buddy, I sort of stole this from you. If it helps, he wouldn’t accept €300, so had to go beyond that, also have to pay by wire and open an account with a forwarder to get a shipping address in Germany.

i can't be angry. i did post it. i can't buy everything, even if i like it and it's a good price. $3-5 an $5-8 add up fairy quickly , and when your collection starts to get huge, i need to take a step back and just appreciate it without owning it

^^ this is the reason I am so active in this thread- so I can enjoy the thrill of the hunt but not have to go broke.

i lol @ myself for posting nice deals, and still trying to get it for less, and then watch peeps snap it up at the bin price.

this cost me dearly last week as i ended up paying almost a hundo more for a watch because i did not buy it now. i hated doing that but i just had to have it.

Think this thread should really be for finds you don't plan to buy. Feel bad that someone bought a watch you were still looking at since you were nice enough to post it here.

Maybe the thread should be renamed: Stop me before I do something I’ll not regret.

i'm not mad at anyone..i was just saying that because i wanted a better deal. but the deal was pretty good without getting it for less money. hence, people stepping up and insta buying.

here is what was waiting on delaying the felca. i was delivered good news.

The phycology at work here is those of us that put watches up here DO want to buy them but are trying NOT to buy them. You buying it quickly is actually doing the poster a favor. Don't feel bad for being kind to those of us with a problem.

Think most of us have a problem as well. I just stare at all these awesome listing and fight to not buy them as I look at my bank account after recent purchases...

here is nice little no date skin diver project.

first off.- get the seller to 100 usd

second- obtain weight and service movement.

3rd-find artisan to carefully redo the A and C on the dial

4th- sit back and enjoy a cool serviced watch for less than $300

if you don't service it it would prolly have < 200 into it.

I’ve watched this one get relisted at $150 twice already... I’m thinking he’s in it for the long haul.

I saw it and thought it looked like a Buren I own (which is very large).

Can't forget that bracelet- yowza! This is a 70's stunner.
Seller doesn't have a huge amount of feedback but it's good and eBay offers protection, so worth the shot.
screaming deal, that
