I've been on the look out for a good quality NATO strap and wanted too see if others had any good recommendations. Per a member on the forum I looked at Haveston straps, however after some research I found they add quite a bit of bulk to watches. Just curious what others here recommend? I like clockwork synergy, but I wouldn't mind a 10 cm strap as my wrist is about 6.25". I just don't want too much extra material.

PhenomeNato straps are really thin, so they're probably your best bet if something like a Haveston or BluShark is too thick. However they're really long so you'll need to clip some material off probably.

See my photos below. I posted this in the 60th speedy thread as well. These straps are insanely awesome without the bulk of a NATO. From maratac.

Oh, maybe. I'm not sure. Check their website, that's your best bet.

I have a spare green version, that was left on an automatic watch I got back from my watchmaker. Happy to send it to someone in the US for $5 to cover shipping

Crown and Buckle HD series are my everyday wear...and Omega's for when the mood strikes.

My vote goes for "Deluxe nylon nato" from Buland & sons. its similar to the seatbelt material that omega uses for oem natos
and even better hardware in my opinion.
here are some pictures of the omega oem strap, bulang deluxe and a generic 10 euro nato (don't remember from where i got it)

Do I see a lot of caseback-rubbing here?

firm http://phenomenato.com/ believer. Although limited color options right now. The guy behind it is researching new colors for the near future however. The only thing i do not like about it is the buckle design but otherwise superb straps almost equal to the ones by omega. Nice and thin and as mentioned above, two strap lengths to choose from.

i also have a bunch of haveston straps. They are much thicker than anything ive experienced in the nylon material nato world for sure. Love their colors though!

as with the above mentioned watch gecko straps, i would personally pass on those. flimsy quality, super thin (yay?) and not worth it. Bought a zuludiver from them and that would be the last nato i ever buy from them. Strap was so flimsy-weak that the weight of my speedy caused it to sit slanted and not aligned with the strap on my wrist (if that makes sense).

ive also had some custom made ones by jean rousseau posted here. Probably not your cup of tea if you dont like thick:

even with all this said, the $2.36 natos that come from china are perfectly fine to me too =). At that price, its colors galore for me!
