It's very interesting to me how this model is designated by Omega as a "Military divers' watch," and not simply a "divers' watch," as is the Seamaster 300 model. Perhaps there exists a British military connection with Hong Kong? Who knows. I've always loved the fully applied logo + indices of this model over the 300 series.
The Remarks section is blank... It would normally say "Delivered to the Hong Kong Navy" or something like that.
Yes, most are... My point is that it says Type: Military Diver's, yet Remarks are blank...that is odd. My FAP 300 says Type: Military Diver's Watch and Remarks: Delivered to Air Force of Peru.
This archives was eye-opening to me because it was the first time one of my pieces has come back with a "military" designation. That's super cool to me.
WOW! I wonder how you were able to receive so much information in your extract. Also, I notice the font for yours is slightly different from mine.
I’m not questioning yours, it but there seems there is inconsistency on these. I’m sure yours is not one of the questionable extracts I’ve seen remarks only Delivered to MOD but not labeled military nor remarked. And now labeled and remarked but not delivered to MOD.
