Hello Omega lovers,
Today I headed to local antique shop and found Omega watch which I'm pretty certain is a Fake but need to be sure of that. It is Omega Chronometer Co-Axial Escapement Limited Edition.
Help would be much aprreciated.

Omega Co-Axial Mechanisms didnt come out until 1999, so any "vintage" Omega claiming to have that would just be wrong. unless 1999 are already vintage?

As a side note, at first I thought it was a gag "redial" post where the poster cut out a piece of paper with that information. But then I realized that's what they're (whoever made this hideous thing) trying to pass off as a dial

For my experience,it's a fake watch.

 

What is obvious to experienced collectors is not always obvious to beginners. We were all beginners once. @Czasoholik_ good luck on your journey and I hope you end up with a nice watch. Maybe even more than one....
