Edit: Just to get detailed.

Omega never added antimagnetic to the dial. The fonts used in the indices have never been seen on an Omega. The back of the case never has information on it, that info is on the inside. It is steel, why would it be hallmarked as 18kt gold?

Again, this watch doesn't resemble anything in Omega's catalog.

 

In what world does this watch appeal to you? What about it drew you to it?

 

I'm going to go with fake, based purely on first impressions and no knowledge of the supposed model.
I await the real experts getting detailed!

It's not mine, but my grandmother gave it to my sister. I'm Just a bit confused because of the 18k. The wristband shows also 18k 0.750.

 

I hope your grandmother didn't spend money on it.
