Not a great first post. How about an introduction? Information about you and your goals and interests? How about please?

That looks like a variation of the 145.019, according to Wound for Life.

Real. If your concerned, then a member here who is a dealer has one for sale on his website. Pm me if you want the link.

I think many of the senior members are hard on the new posters. Many of the seasoned member know each other personally or through a long time of exchanges here. Yes there is a certain forum ediquette, but biting somebody's head off on one of their first posts isn't necessarily good ediquette either.

I don't know... Very first post and it's a simple one-liner asking others to go visit an eBay link and tell him if the watch is real or not, and then educate on how to tell. And all that without a 'hello', 'please' or 'thank you'..

i.e., OP put in almost zero effort going into an established forum, and wants a bunch of strangers to do work for him/ her. Cicindela's response was very reasonable in my opinion, as many others would not have been as polite.
