You will get better response if you tell us what you know about each watch, your assessment, asking price etc. Hard to differentiate between watches

The only things that I know is that they both are from 1998 if im not wrong, at least from checking the serial numbers, and they are priced almost the same at 500/600€

Unfortunately i dont really know how to recognize if they are legit other than if I don’t buy one of the two and open it or take it to a watch shop. I could ask the shop to send me the watch movement pics but i don’t know if they will be so kind to answer me, until now i just asked if the dial glow as it is one of the little things that tells if they are fakes, but i yet have to receive an answer to my questions

Both watches are quartz look like 2511.81? They both look legit IMO from outside, both appear polished (common in Japan), the Chrono24 one looks cleaner, and the dial on other one has something on edge of dial (?Crystal) between 10 and 11 markers. Bracelet on non-Chrono may be missing a link near clasp?
To me the Chrono one looks less worn in better condition.
Any service history?
Member with access to Omega intranet can check SN and identify watch cal. Would be nice to see movement if possible.
Returns are more difficult to Japan but not impossible. Also consider tariffs

Is Chrono seller a dealer or Private seller? Dealers are required to provide return option is watch not as described. I would ask for movement photo. Who is seller? There are some well known dealers with good reputations.

I’ll add two more pics, this is the seller is a dealer. The weird thing is that there is written that he sold more that what he published but i think that is the app that count that automatically

If you search Omega 2511.81 in Chrono24 you will see your watch and also one from dealer Closer- the main photo is slightly at angle- they are a known and respected large volume dealer- many members here have been satisfied purchasing from them. The dealer you are looking at is probably ok too- but don't know history.
Keep in mind returns are more cumbersome to Japan- but hopefully not necessary.
Hope this helps- good luck

Here is link- you judge for yourself I am not endorsing this specific watch but pointing out the dealer is considered legit.

Sorry, one last thing. Do u think that I should buy the one that u sent me, cause it does come with documents, or the other one always from the same seller u suggested but without documents that cost me almost 200€ less? Im not sure just cause the one u sent me with documents only comes with an international warranty from omega and i don’t think is that valid to prove that it originally came with the watch as it would likely be with the purchase documents. So i don’t know if is better to go with the one with the international warranty or the one that cost me less. What do u think?

I would compare the 2 closely and choose one that looks in best condition. The watch is long ago past warranty so no real value you will need to pay for a service. Some people like having warranty card but I don’t see the watch Serial number on card on photo and without that it doesn’t really add to authenticity anyway.
But if it looks in better condition I would choose that one it’s worth a bit more.
I don’t think you will be scammed with this seller.
Good luck !

Sry if i keep bothering, do u think that it is normal for the golden logo to be this ‘rusted’ as i don’t know the material used, maybe brass it make me think? also i was hoping for a response from the dealer about the serial number on the card but he isnt answering, i just think that is blurred on that pic, i hope..

Thank u very much u have been very helpful, I do have another doubt about the seconds hand(i don’t know how u call it in english), cause in some videos i saw that it do tics 8 Times per second as new models omega’s but in others it do it one per second, and looking at a videos on how to recognize fake models it says that it have to tic 8 Times per second, so io pretty confused cause how is it possible for the same 2511.81 model of watch to have differents ticking per sec?

I wouldn’t worry about the gold logo it looks like tarnish to me and should clean easily.

Regarding the number of ticks per second these watches come with quartz movement which will tick 1 time per second.

The automatic mechanical version will beat multiple times per second, ranging from 5 beats per second for a slower frequency watch (18,000 bph) up to 10 beats per second for faster frequency watch (36,000 bph). A medium frequency watch is 28,800 bph and ticks 8 times per second.

It is not possible. The Omega 2511.81.00 is a quartz watch and will tick once per second as @SOG53 explained.
The only variation is if it ticks once every two seconds. That the End Of Life (EOL) battery indicator telling you a new battery is needed.

If there are any descriptions that vary from this, the people stating these facts are incorrect.
