Real or fake

Hello,

I’m going through the normal techniques for determining a fake but would like some extra eyes to get your thoughts. Seems to be harder to do on these older watches. The omega symbol on the face isn’t raised which most omegas I have seen are but older ones I’m not sure.

100% real, no questions at all. Should clean up nicely. From around 1973 or so. Looks like service is needed as there are signs the the weight is rubbing on the case back.
