Came across this seamaster 300 on marketplace, really compelling price... Asked for some pictures and this is what I got. I also found the watch listed for sale online 5 years ago, in my hometown aswell, not sure if that helps. Having trouble finding anything that stands out as fake. I was able to register the serial on Omega website, though I know serial are often faked aswell and means nothing. If anyone can help i'd appreacite it. Thanks!

Yea to see if the watch serial number was legit. I actually tried through the METAs thing but it does appear on my profile now when i login to omega.

I truly appreciate you are trying to authenticate the watch, but registering it with Omega as the owner doesn't seem like a good approach.

It'll be OK if the op buys the watch, but if they don't, and a new owner tries to register it.................🤔

Sorry perhaps i'm too new to this... What is the problem with registering it? It doesn't seem to do anything other than confirm the watch serial was produced, and anybody can do it.

Serial number: 82594938
Article ref: 21022422001002
Version of movement: 8800A

Serial number matches the model. I don;t see any immediate red flags on the watch itself.
