Hi everyone, im wondering if you could help me to identify if my omega watch is real or fake, because im comparing it with some internet images and the number 5 and 7 are covering the circle.

Horrible redial, mouvement and case seem genuine. My Omega Officer looks like that. And caseback needs to have those markings.
Picture was found in this forum from some other member.

The watch is Omega. The dial has been poorly refinished, the balance bridge is from the different movement.

No, it's a small watch and without the originality you have no advantages buying it. Search for some Omega Geneve if you want a cheap Omega with a great mouvement. But don't forget that you will probably have to service the watch by a watchmaker.

No, I don’t think so. It’s horrible looking watch, unreasonably high price. Run away as fast as you can. For this money you can get best example.

Interesting that it has Swedish engravings. Made for the Swedish army?

Yes they where. There was also a non military version also. There are a few threads on these( both 3? ) out there and I believe one of those was offered for sale on this forum earlier this year.

If he knows anything about watches then he's definitely not a true friend. Sorry to break the news.

A cobbled together movement and a bad redial.

    Find another friend.
