Real or fake James Bond seamaster?

I have a local guy (Utah) who wants to make a trade on this watch. He states it is an import from Japan and does not have an international warranty. I’m a watch newbie but this just seems like a possible fake looking at the paperwork. Trade value approx. $3k

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Edit: and for search purposes the name of the scammy business is "Switzerland Jewelry Watch Shop" with a Hong Kong based address listed.
