Looking at this on a low resolution low light phone. However, very strange omega symbol odd curve shape and fonts all wrong. Here is another one That looks like redial.

God that's an old picture, I've replaced with your recent official forum portrait.

I am stunned every time someone comes onto the site with a big trumpet and gets offended when we give clear honest and concise advice.
They clearly don't spend the time to see how this site goes, and expect and answers on their terms.
I welcome everyone, and hope they can chill out, read, listen, and learn.
Just because someone starts out a bit uptight and no fun, doesn't mean he cant turn into a valuable member of the forum.
We need all sorts, if they can hack it.

Well they expect to gain something without contributing something. How can we not poke fun. If you want a real answer stick around, research a little :) If you want a serious face answer then you can always pay for an appraisal at a shop who will give you the same answer but without a smile.

Not to mention that the appraisal will cost you some cash. These kind folks do it for free.

Good point. What would something like this cost?

Certainly a viable option, but I enjoy the entertainment offered by Event Horizon and the others, and this is free of charge :)

Unfortunately there are in this world, some incredibly self-centered, entitled, stubborn people.

If ever I start behaving like that I don't care, I deserve more, and you can all s*d off

To be fair to the OP, I don't think he was offended by the honest advice he was given, more so the snide remarks that he didn't really understand.

My uncle wears Casio. If I ever get one from him, I will be sure to post it here!

Fair point - I do find these threads really amusing though. At first I thought it was going to be another @ev3rclear or his son or whatever he was called... Nothing like a bit of sarcasm to bring a smile to the face...

We could soften the blow: "Your uncle purchased this on the streets of NYC for $5 in 1985. Sorry to say that it is a forgery."
