Sure, it would go very nicely with my monocle and ear trumpet. But even so, as @SouthernScot says, I probably won't be able to afford it.
What does the demand for a pocket watch look like, this will probably be released in very low numbers I'd imagine.
I've seen similar artsy craftsy creations for sale. Sometimes very nicely done but only the movement is Omega branded. I'm wondering where all those Omega pocket watch movements came from.
