I sold my white / diamond dial AT (231.13.39.21.54.001) back on January 2016 on the watch forums to pursue something else and recently saw another one of the same model for sale on Ebay (reputable seller). Serial number sounded familiar and upon checkup it was exactly the same one I used to own! I contacted the person who purchased it from me and he sold it a while ago...........amazing that I got the chance to own the exact watch again, buying it from a different, unknown seller!! So here it is!
Nice! Imagine the odds. In that vein has anyone ever done a "friend" sale with option to re-buy? It's something that's crossed my mind a time or two, almost like a secured loan between friends.
I have a right of first refusal deal with someone I bought a watch from. If I sell it he gets first dibs and can match any offer I’m going to accept.
