Re-threading a bushing?

SO I have this bushing (see the top most screw in the image, other side is circled).

I tried to loosen the screw, and am about 90% sure it was cross threaded or something, so the screw wouldn't come out but would free-spin (though was pretty tight). I ended up being able to tap the screw out the other side after spinning it a bunch, as it never caught in the bushing.

SO, I have it disassembled, but the part on the movement obviously has no threads left.

I was wondering if there is the equivalent of a heli-coil for something like this? Alternatively, where I could get a replacement, and how to tap it out? It seems too small for any of my tools on my jewel press or seitz tool (though I guess I could turn something?).

What is the method of repair on one of these?

MOVEMENT is an Omega 980, so not something cheap to get a replacement plate for.

Interestingly, I took apart a 'junk' 980 I had, which also has a pretty stripped bushing, but it has a less damaged screw/bigger screw perhaps?

Thread OD of the 'bigger' screw is:
0.0255" or 0.65mm

Thread pitch seems to be ~0.007"/0.178mm, though I used an optical comparator with about a 2-thousandths accuracy for this.

Anyone have any idea what it could be? It would be nice to see if I could just try re-tapping the bushing.

FURTHER answering my own questions 馃榾 I got a feeling I could get enough threads in the bushing (or hope at least!) with the screw of the other movement, as it only barely 'stands' in the bushing. I am guessing from my above measurements that I'm looking at a m0.7x0.175 (I am measuring 0.65x1.78, but there is definitely a possibility of some wiggle room there. Worst case, I can track down a m0.7 screw an that would work, and file the head to something that will work.

Just to clarify, is it the bushing for the setting lever spring screw that is in question?

The screw is part 2461 and the setting lever spring is part 1110.

Is the bushing itself stripped, or is it the hole in the main plate that the bushing goes in that is the problem?

Omega sometimes gives data on the screw threads, so this is all they offer on 2461:

DIAM. 1.10
THREAD :S0.70
TOTAL LENGTH :1.50 MM

The threaded bushing is not identified as a separate part that I can find.

It is called the "Upper hand setting yoke spring" and screw is 2460 if I read my parts list right now?

The bushing itself is stripped, I made sure the bushing wasn't spinning in place. The S0.70 is actually meaningful to me now though, so perhaps that is the answer I needed 馃榾 I was sorta hoping these bushings were generic enough like jewels you could just order by measurement, but it seems that is not the case.

Well... I made it worse. I tried re-tapping the bushing with S0.70, and it was working! I got about 2/3 down, and the replacement screw I have from the other movement worked perfectly... about 2/3 of the way down. Since it needs to be effectively flush, I put the tap back in and tried again, where it snapped perfectly flush with the top of the bushing.

So it looks like I'm replacing the main plate :/
