I just wanted to show a 145.012-67 which I bought with badly repainted hands and non-original remnants of lume on the dial. I bought it because it was otherwise in a very good condition and had its original 1039/516 bracelet too. The watch is still with the watchmaker, can't wait to get it back!

EDIT: Added link to the entire service by Christian (the watchguy):

As you can see in the last pic, the watch is not water resistant yet because of the pushers. I asked him to install new pushers to be able to create a seal. For me that's the advantage of the 145.012 compared to the 105.012 because crown and pushers can be replaced with new Omega parts (32teeth crown) and still be correct for the reference. Of course I'm keeping the original pushers, flat-foot crown and crystal with the watch!

EDIT 4 July: Added a few after-pics here:

Sure! It's Christian (the watchguy) in the UK. Here's the link to the entire service:

What a nice result! I think that in the future, a nice relume such as this one will be valued just as an original dial (if it's impossible to tell between the two...)

I agree, with the added advantage that no lume will disintegrate and fall onto the dial and into the movement.

Wow that's some very nice work on the re-lume. Does anyone else have experience with Christian before?

Stunning work. Just like a vintage car that's been lovingly restored to perfection, I have no issues with a relume job that's as terrific as this one.

I think Christian has previously mentioned replacing pusher gaskets, rather than replacing the whole pusher set up - which seems rather wasteful and expensive compared to a couple of $s for some suitably sized gaskets.
I've done this myself on an old Tissot chronograph (similar pusher style) and it wasn't difficult. It doesn't surprise me that Omega's standard policy is to simply replace the pusher set up at service, but I do wonder why more owners of vintage Speedmaster's (given the extreme focus on originality) don't opt to keep the original pushers and simply replace the gaskets (and springs if necessary).
Edit: I see from the last photo that the watch failed a pressure test despite the new gasket. Seems like new pushers are in order after all!

The before and after pictures highlight how good this work is. Thanks for sharing.

If you get a chance post some pictures when you get the watch back.

Yes, I‘ll try when I have the watch back. You‘ll notice that where it usn‘t 100% on the plots it‘s actually remnants from the previous lume job which could not be removed safely. Christian stayed perfectly within the plots!
