It is with a heavy heart I am listing my first ever Chronograph, a super rare 1960s Wakmann in immaculate condition.

This dial variation is a very rare design and is one of only a 2-3 I’ve been able to locate. This is one of the most mesmerising watches I’ve owned, it combines all things I love about vintage watches, classic appeal, high quality finishing, unique design and value for money.


Dial: All original panda dial, silver internal dial and deep glossy black contrasting registers, contrasting chapter wheel tachymeter, original tritium numerals all clear and clean.


Hands: All original high gloss Dauphine Hands with tritium lines, beautiful spear head chrono hand with original tritium point.


Case: Immaculate rich gold filled case with minor signs of wear and no signs of plating. A deep rich gold colour reflects beautifully in light.

Stainless Steel screw down case back with clear markings and no scratches from opening.


Movement: Super clean Valjoux 7733 workhorse chronograph movement keeping good Time and chrono functions working smoothly. Serviced before purchase in 2016, looks and runs beautifully.
