Hi, a bit more information could help.

Check out the Vintage Omega Posting Guide.

Or if you want to do some detective work?

I suspect that your watch may be a locally cased example (i.e.: Not Swiss cased), so all the info you can provide will assist this global community in helping you.

We would need more pictures, especially of the inside - movement and serial number on the caseback-, but it seriously looks like this one of mine (don't pay attention to the crown, I still need to put a correct one - the darker area in the middle of the dial is simply a reflection of my camera lens...) :

Nickel case, 26.5 SOB inside, from around 1929-30. I don't know the reference and never saw it in my catalogs, but I'm sure it's an Omega production, I have seen other ones of the same model and I have another (empty) case of this reference.
Yours looks quite gold in colour, is it gold / gold plated or nickel?
If you have more info, I would be very interested!

Thank you for the information. I bought the watch at an auction and will pick it up tomorrow after which I will send better pictures. The reference says it is Swiss made, automatic and gold plated.

Automatic? If so it wont be from the 1930s then, more like mid 1940s on. The case does look similar to that above. Maybe the 'automatic' part was in error.

I think you will probably find it's not automatic.

Serial is circa 1935. The movement number should be stamped under the balance, I can't make it out on those pics. If you measure its diameter that can help narrow it down eg is it 26, 28, 30 mm wide. Superficially it looks like the 26.5 SOB mentioned above. What is stamped on the inside of the caseback?

It indeed is a 26.5 SOB, probably T2.
Do you have any pic of the inside of the caseback and a clear one of the dial?
Same case as mine. Nice watch
