I had the opportunity to be offered several rare Rolex watches from a private collector who has decided to concentrate only on the Patek Philippe brand. We met at his residence and was gracious enough to show me his fantastic watch collection. However, I was only allowed to take pictures of the Rolex watches that he wants to dispose off as follows:

He still has a few more that he will dispose off at a later time namely: Rolex 6542, Rolex 6538, Rolex 6511, Rolex 5517 and Rolex Commando. He wanted a lot sale but I am negotiating for a minimum of 3 watches as a package deal. He will get back to me in a few days. Hopefully we can work out something.

If he's getting rid of any speedies, have him give me a call.

I saw an Omega Speedmaster Skeleton Moonphase Platinum and a 2998 with chocolate dial. This gentleman has a thing with platinum watches because he showed me different watch brands in platinum. The rarest one he said was his Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Platinum with what looks like a meteorite dial and a large size of 45mm. It was a very heavy watch.

Oh dear Gawd, look at that SWEET Milgauss! 🥰 What year is it?

Actually the Milgauss is my 1st choice because of its pristine condition plus the blue dial is very uncommon.

That's what my eye was drawn to. Maybe not the most exotic or expensive in that bunch, but I've always loved them... (from afar). 😁

Yeah, I kiind of figured it would be part of the deal you're working. Anyone would be proud to have that in their collection..... If they can see past DRSD's and Subs, that is.

Nice. Great opportunity. I would definitely go for the 1019 (have had my eye on that one). Also the 6263 -- hard to tell from the pics if it still has the lume dots. Can't think of many chronos I like better.

The 1804 would be my 2nd choice because of its unique apple green colored dial and Arabic hour markers. Likewise, it looks almost new for a 60s watch. The collector bought the watch from a gentleman who worked as a personal assistant of one of the Arab royalties and was given to him as a parting gift.
