Rare Omega Louis Brandt solid gold 18k watch cal 1119 ref 166.0300

Hi

I recently bough this watch but it seems i can not enjoy the watch because i discover that the hands are not the correct ones. So i choose to sell this watch because maybe some other collector can replace the hands..
The watch it's in very good condition, very accurate..on my timeograph show an error of under 05.sec per day but i do not know the service history of the watch. It will came with a generic leather band in good condition and with an Omega buckle but not the solid gold one which i seen that will originally came with this watch. (it's gold plated).
This is a rare watch..from my research about 1000 exemplars . Ref of the watch 166.0300.

I notice a very,very small scratch on the glass near the 6 o'clock..not visible in the pictures and very easy to forgot..
