Rare Omega De Ville Dynamic - Tool 107 with Unusual /314 Bracelet?

Hi everyone,

I recently acquired an Omega De Ville Dynamic (Tool 107 caseback) with a rather unusual bracelet.
  • Caseback: Engraved “Tool 107,” fully consistent with late 60s/70s Dynamic models (e.g., ref. 166.145 or 166.039).
  • Dial: Original “De Ville Dynamic” dial with day-date window at 3 o’clock.
  • Bracelet: Stainless steel Omega bracelet, signed “Omega Stainless Steel” on the clasp, with a reference ending in /314.

Here’s where it gets interesting:

I have never seen this bracelet on a Dynamic before. It perfectly fits the lugs (no gaps, endlinks align beautifully) and looks period-correct. Most Dynamics I’ve seen are on the well-known integrated elliptical steel bracelets or on the shell-style leather straps.

Could this be:
  1. A rare Omega bracelet variant (possibly market-specific)?
  2. An Omega service replacement from the 70s/80s?
  3. A custom Omega bracelet adaptation, done by an authorized watchmaker back in the day?

The fact that it’s fully signed and carries the /314 endlink reference suggests it’s not aftermarket. The watch feels 100% Omega but just doesn’t match the common catalog configurations I’ve found online.

Has anyone here ever seen a Dynamic with a /314 bracelet like this?

Could I be holding a lesser-known configuration or even a collector’s rarity?

Any insights, catalog scans, or historical references would be greatly appreciated!

I’m not aware of it being particularly rare. Bracelet belongs to this model:

It’s a 70s/80s bracelet. Could be a service replacement, but not for a dynamic.

  1. A custom Omega bracelet adaptation, done by an authorized watchmaker back in the day?
Custom adaptation, but could have been done by anyone. Unlikely to be authorized by Omega.
