Respectable Members Don't you think, this is a 'rare' Omega Constellation? http://www.ebay.com/itm/280887025205?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649#ht_500wt_951Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network Surprisingly, the seller does not mention about its 'rarity' in his description of the watch.
Franken. The 562 is not a chronometer or it would say so on the rotor so it's a bad description at minimum. Besides, the 562 was never put in Constellations and the one or two guys with them can't get museum extracts because they aren't original watches. Desmond knows their names but they escape me right now.
Seem to remember someone else also making the point that Cal 5xx series movements, while can be a dark orange, a light orange, or a gold-ish colour, can't be all three at once unless the movement was assembled from bits. This one appears to have a pink main plate topped with a gold winding bridge and rotor.
I'll go one step further. The dial looks like a total fake. I can't see the case reference number, but there are fake cases out there too. The only things on this watch made by Omega are the movement parts. Hope this helps, gatorcpa
Kyle, am I right in thinking because the indices are a miss match of shapes, leads me to the conclusion this is a pile of crap !.
Yep its a dof. Dial looks wierd too and there is no "Adjusted" script on the rotor bridge. Case could be fake..note how those lugs reall stand out at the case join. Cheers Desmond
