For your interest is a Gruen doctors watch with a gold filled rectangular case. This is a rare and unique watch. It has the Cal. 500 with the special 17j movement. Case is 40 mm from lug to lug. Dial is excellent and I have been told it is original. Case is very nice without any brassing or wear through. I just had it serviced, and it runs great. In my many years of collecting, this is the first time I have picked up one of these pieces. They are rare and really special, especially one clean like this one.
