Rare green dial 111.007?

Spot this watch on the Internet. I guess the case number should be 111.007
Do you think its a redial or factory green dial?

It looks legit to me but not exactly exciting. Probably from the 1970s wilderness years or maybe the 80s at a push. Not one to get collector pulses racing.

The 111.007 is only 32.5 mm in diameter, so a very small watch by today's standards. If that's what it is, it will have a Cal. 620 inside, which makes sense being a 2-hand watch. That one might be white gold actually.

According to seller's info, the size is 33mm and with a cal620, SS not white gold. However, I did my research on the Internet, cannot find the second watch with this green dial.
