It's almost certainly a lady's watch. Can you pop off the back and show us the inside of the case back and a movement shot clear enough to read the numbers?

35g with the dial, crystal and movement? If you weigh the gold without the extra parts, Google the spot price of gold, and multiply it by .75 (18ct is 75% of 24ct pure gold) then you'll have the value. There isn't much collector interest in lady's watches so the gold value is what it's worth.

The movement is a caliber 730, made circa 1966. The watch definitely has the style designs of late 60s, early 70s. Definitely a piece that you should hold onto for design and artistic quality. Enjoy it!
