Well obviously if you aren't going to enforce sales, you WILL get trolls bidding tens of thousands of dollars for Timexes in which they know they aren't in the slightest bit interested! It makes them feel as if they are important.

 

What are fair prices for Railmasters these days? There aren't many that come up for sale publicly so it's tough to gauge.

I would love to find a nice 2914-X for under 10k...from my experience it aint gonna happen unless it has issues.
