In fact I think fifteen minutes a day (three times five minute doses) will do wonders for your recovery.

I truly wish I could get a better photo of this dial its 100 better looking in the flesh ....the dial is a deep orangey brown ,your certainly rite about looking at it I feel a whole lot better when it on my wrist .

how's life treating you in the Big Apple?. thank you I'm well on the read to recovery thanks, next on my hit list is the Big T Seamaster I have missed out on a couple in the part 3 week just due to the condition I wasn't willing to pay over the odds for them .
