Railmaster 39mm replacement hands (2503.52.00)

I have recently acquired a 39mm Railmaster with some mangled hands. I'm not sure how it happened but the polished portion of the minute hand is severely scratched/pitted and the hour hand also has marks/scratches on the polish.

I would prefer to source the hands myself and have my watchmaker install them but these appear to be a rather obscure part and since Omega has been controlling parts inventory, I'm afraid I may be out of luck.

Does anyone have a recommendations?
