RAF Strap?

I have this watch:

16mm lugs.

I am given to understand that it is an homage of some earlier British watch. As you might guess, it's pretty boring on only the 16mm strap.

Then I saw this:

That strap is apparently a 70s to 90s RAF in 16mm as well.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to help me source that strap. As usual, if any of your IM force is caught or killed, the Secretary will disavow all knowledge of your actions.

Good luck, Mr Phelps.

Your underwear will self-destruct in five seconds.

Google "bund watch strap" and go to images.

Then commence your mission.

Also, one of our leather artisans could probably make that in about 30 minutes.

@DaveK, @Duracuir1 to the bat phone please.

That watch would look dope in a bund. I’ve actually been wanting to make a bund strap for my braille watch,

I have the pattern, just need the time

This thread is about a week late! I just returned to work after five weeks off. I made a few different styles during my vacation but they are all spoken for. I even started one that will work without a buckle. I inserted a metal rod and used an old baseball glove. It still needs trimming and stitching but like @DaveK I need to find the time. Retirement for me in 4 months! Then lots of straps! you can also check with @timesofplenty who has the best looking stock I have seen.

If you are ok with 18mm you can get these from the manufacturer of CWC watches. RAF-74 leather/nylon.
