Some of you might have seen this or a version of it. Stare at the red dot on the woman's face for approximately 30 seconds and then look at a blank wall while blinking rapidly.

It's a phenomenon called afterimage if you're interested in exploring the physiology of it.

I still am unable to believe the after image I saw. Never have I seen such a phenomenon.

It’s quite startling.
You can even see a well defined border, framing the image.

I’ve just tried applying the same technique whilst staring at my grey hair, in the mirror. No matter how many times I blink, I still have grey hair!
