    Looks like a nice basic watch in decent good condition. Omega says cal 591 in data basis, but I believe the 552 is just an omission on their part. Don't crazy on the price though.

    It's a solid & correct watch. The first year these were in production they came with the 591, but that caliber only existed in 1960. Afterwards the 552 was standard, and the serial number of 19,xxx,xxx and the -61 on the case show it to be made in the correct period. Probably assembled in 1962 and not sold until 1965.

    I think it's already at the top of it's value at $690. It's a little too polished for my taste, but that is my favorite Seamaster font.

    Thank you Steve, it went to a sniper at '$810.00' which following your suggestion seemed a little high to me...would be interesting to know what his max was!
