Questions on Sotheby’s October 4th Important Watches auction…

How does one tell if a watch is actually important, or unimportant? Further, does one have to be an important person to purchase an important watch? Is there any type of screening tool for that? I heard in the past, you have to say out loud, in front of a group of people, “I’m a very important person. Don’t you know who I am?” I was also wondering if anyone knew the surcharge amount if this isn’t followed.
