It's a case reference that should start with 368 and have a caliber 102x inside from the early/mid-70's (1972 or later). I'd like to see the caseback too - both inside and out - and a shot of the movement.
I think these were meant to be a sort of stylish mens piece in the day, these days with sizes having gone up and mens watches leaning away from quirky styles with integrated bracelets this would be something that would look great on your wife or girlfriend (whichever one deserves it more )
It certainly looks authentic, but without opening it up I doubt anyone can tell you the exact year it was made.
