The engraving "105003-65" is fake, it should be a case back for 105012-66 or 145012 and somebody has done a new engraving over the old one.

Absolutely no expert here but I saw that when it was first listed and looked no further than the service dial; hands; and, (let's be kind) heavily rubbed lugs ... bezel looked right and they're not cheap on their own.

Edit: scratch the bezel being right too - the dot against the 90 has been rubbed away altogether (and now I'm starting to think this is purposefully done) to make identification difficult. Run, do not walk, away from this thing.

Second edit: does the link or the seller work for you? I get the error that the link isn't redirecting.

    Hi guys,
I was not considering buying it !
I was just inquiring about this strange case back and wanted some confirmation about it being fake or not.
According to @naidu it is fake, I think so too.
    Thank you.

It is not a case of admiration. It is more fascination that this dealer keeps trying to sell his Frankenscheiss.

Long time known seller of frankenfakes including several vintage speedmasters, SM120s, SM300s, other Omegas and possibly other brands. Not sure why @oddboy said fake vintage Omegas were rare.

This watch is a total lie. ::puke::The seller is quite cheaky to auction this after leaving a trail of negative feedback for selling fake or put together watches...Oh yes...He's a top rated seller per ebay..
