I’ve noticed that there appears to be two types of endlinks for the Omega Aqua Terra 41.5 model 231.10.42.21.03.003. Some endlinks clearly have a slit as you will see in the pictures and some appear to be solid endlinks. I found a few samples from previous sales listings on the forum and pulled the pics for some data collection. It’s much more common to see the endlinks with the slit than the solid links. All of the sample pics are from the aqua terra 231.10.42.21.03.003 with the PCL bracelet.

    Examples with a slit present:

These examples show a solid endlink with no slit:

I currently own a non master aqua terra 8500 with brushed links and my 1586/985 bracelet has slits present. I have an incoming 231.10.42.21.03.003 And I noticed it had the solid endlinks. Thus the reason why I’m asking.

My question is this: are the solid endlinks authentic? Did omega make different variations on the aqua terra endlinks for later production models. I’ve had no luck figuring this out on my own so I thought I would ask you guys.
Thanks as always for any help.
